TURN THE HORRIBLE MUSIC DOWN. If you can’t visit w/people at your table then the music is too loud!!

Ordered 2 country fried sirloin steaks meals and both steaks were full of gristle and tough as shoe leather. Quality of their meat has gone way down hill over the last couple of years. The meals sides (mashed potatoes and corn) were great as usual. Rolls with honey cinnamon butter were top notch. Will not be ordering country fried sirloin steak again. Total for the 2 lunches $49.66

On December 27, 2024, I went to the Belton,Missouri Texas Roadhouse for dinner. I had to wait over an hour (which was no problem), and then was showed to my table. The server was great and attended to my needs. The problem came when I was served my steak. The KC strip steak was to be cooked medium with just a touch of pink in the center. When it was served it was well done with no pink in the middle (an occurrence that always happens) and was cold. The server took it back and stated that the manager would bring me out a corrected steak. When then steak came back it was not a KC Strip steak, was full of fat and gristle!! I went ahead and paid for the steak (charged full price of $22.99) with nothing taken off for the incorrect cooking of the steak both times. I think that the store should have taken something off the bill and that they should cook the steak correctly the first time. I was also using my 8 year anniversary notice that you gave me. I do however must rethink about returning to Texas Roadhouse due to this unfortunate incident. Sincerely Ken Maxson

I would have given then 3 because food was okay but they charge you for the dumb games at the table and don’t tell you! Bad bad bad! Very shady!

date was 9/11 3:41 pm I ordered 12oz Fort Worth Ribeye med . We always eat in Ocala Texas roadhouse and always great service and great food. They just opened a roadhouse in Lecanto Florida, service was great except when it came to the steak It was full of fat when I was finished had plate full of fat that could not be eaten. My waitress name was Khloe she was great I had asked for a manager . She came over to see what the problem was so I had told her that I was not satisfied with my steak it was half fat and could not eat it I had saved all of the fat in a plate i would say it was about 4oz of fat that was uneatable so she had stated she would give me another stake but stated that I did not want another that I should not have to pay the 25.00 for the bad one then she stated she would remove one of the appetizers 8.99 but that's not what I wanted. I believe was Sydney she stated she was the only manager on for the afternoon found that she was very combative she wanted to do what she wanted and nothing else so I decided to take the steak she was wanting to give me to take home .when i open the box I saw a continue of the first steak but this time they had cut all the fat off . there was about 3/4 of the steak that was taken off .So will I ever go back to the Lecanto I do not believe so I understand you are a new Location but need to train your managers a little better ,this one had a definite problem like it was her duty to make the customer wrong that she was right and she would not budge . So excuse me I had thought the customer was always right not in all matters but this one was an exception .I owned two restaurants in my life time and if the food was not to customer approval would not charge them of course would ask if I could offer something else .But if not would refund the 25.00 for the meal that was truly bad .

The chain started out offering an early bird special at all locations Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 pm. It has been reduced and is now offered Monday through Thursday from 3 to 5pm. I expect that will be further reduced as time goes on.

I went there with my mother for dinner. She ordered the road kill with a side of gravy. I ordered a 16 Oz prime rib cooked extra well done. When the waiter brought the food there was no gravy for the road kill and my mother dropped her fork. The waiter said he would go get both for her. As he was leaving I cut the prime rib and it was still very red. After waiting 5 or so minutes for the waiter to bring my mom's fork and gravy I went to the counter and got her fork myself. We were seated within 30 feet of where we came in and got our silverware. Mom never did get her gravy. After waiting another 3 or 4 minutes I picked up my plate and took it to the kitchen to get it cooked some more myself. Very very disappointing experience.

Are you kidding? Service was great, food sucked. Wanted a good steak and potato, 3 out of six got a salted plate that we couldn't even eat. Waited 30 min to get in. Will never go back. Sorry, I miss Cattle Company and Sea Galley. At least we got great food. Isn't that what we pay for? Sad that this is what we have left. Cook my own from now on. Shame I have to BBQ and not get served in this town when I pay to be served. 50 yr Alaskan in case you're wondering.
