Excellent as always!!

It was Christmas Eve and family of 4. Our server was outstanding! I ordered steak and ribs. My steak was really tough First time ever to have a bad steak. Everything else was really good.

Every Friday, my poker buddies and I head to the Wichita-EAST Texas Roadhouse, and it never disappoints! The service here is always on point—friendly and fast. We all order the filets, which come out perfectly cooked each time, along with sweet potatoes, fresh salads, and the best potato skins around. The atmosphere is lively and laid-back, making it the ideal spot to relax, enjoy a great meal, and catch up with friends. Highly recommend the Wichita locations for top-notch food and great service!

Estuvimos en el de Chicago por vacaciones este verano, nos atendió un venezolano llamado Alejandro muy amable y súper educado gente así deja en alto a los latinos emigrantes . Muy rico todo y una atención de 100. La carne estaba en el punto que pedimos el servicio excelente y hasta nos dieron unos pancitos que nos encantaron para casa . Repetiremos sin duda cuando volvamos a Usa.

Great value for the money. I love their steak and it's great not having to cook some nights. Can't go wrong getting the house salad with honey mustard for the dressing. Their bread & butter is also really good too. Thank you Texas Road House!!

Large portions, good food, good prices, friendly staffers. We got our order to go as we live an hour away, the only complaint we have is the order of steak fries was missing. This was on 8/13/24 order #28897577671213056. We will retun.

WE HAVE EATEN MANY TIMES AT THE TEXAS ROADHOUSE IN AMHERST, NEW YORK. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD MEAL OR EXPERIENCE THERE. ON OUR MOST RECENT VISIT FOOD AND SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. WE MET ONE OF THE CO MANAGERS, CLIFFORD. HE WAS SO DOWN TO EARTH AND FRIENDLY IT WAS REFRESHING. WE WERE BLESSED TO HAVE A GREAT SERVER, ALEXIS WHO WAS VERY OUTGOING AND HELPFUL. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AS ALWAYS AND WE LEFT WITH A WHOLE NEW FAITH IN HUMANITY. WE WILL RETURN AGAIN WITH GREAT ANTICIPATION. THANK YOU CLIFFORD AND STAFF

Best place we ever been. The combination of the cost and taste is super balanced. Service is awesome.
