Texas Roadhouse 3755 Union Rd Buffalo What, no prime rib at 6pm on a Saturday night. This is very poor planning by the kitchen manager! Very disappointing. We found the buns too sweet. Could not eat them.

The atmosphere was awful! The music was so loud we couldn't converse with one another or the waitress without shouting. The food and service was good; inspite of order mix-ups because she couldn't hear us. They can't accomodate groups over 7people.

Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. However, the rest of our experiences were not so great. The front desk has an attitude. When I called in with a question, I was treated like I was stupid. I also felt like I was rushed and out very quickly. I didn't feel welcomed at all. I only gave a 3 star because we had a great waitress otherwise it would have been a 1 Star.

The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff is well-trained and clean and accommodating. The fish, ordered the 4-piece catfish with steak fries, was the lowest quality. It appeared to be minced, not even frozen fish stick quality. The manager said it was farm raised and not minced so if true, their supplier is sub-par and they are slicing thin and breading heavy so there is no taste in fish. The special sirloin was tough.

I have been a customer of Texas Roadhouse for years. Although sometimes they are too busy to get everything right, I have never complained except this time. On 3/25/2023, I sat at the bar by myself and ordered a grilled plate with sweet potato and a salad. Salmon. When my food arrived, I was not happy with the size of the salmon but I ate what I had. I asked the server if I could get another piece of salmon only, She said yes! Great. The new piece took time to get, but I waited and when I got it I was shocked. the piece was not much bigger than 4 inches. I ate it and asked for my bill. I received the RIGHT bill and it showed the last salmon piece cost me $ 11.49!!!!!!!!. The dinner plate was only $15.49 so my order of just salmon was just less than $4.00 from my entire order. Not counting my glass of draft beer. Sorry, Texas Roadhouse... I can't afford to visit the restaurant often. I was not happy and I am still not happy! Let Chad Noble know about this. He is a good manager. I have talked to him many times. MED

We arrived at our local Texas Roadhouse resturant in Hickory, NC at 5:15 pm. This was on a Saturday. There was no parking close to the resturant. Everything was booked. Upon arriving at the front door we were greeted by a little girl taking resverations. She shaid about 45 minutes. I was 2.5 hours before we were stated. There were at least 100 people standing outside in the COLD waiting to get inside. The resturant app Yelp kept on crashing. There was no outside cover for the people waiting to get in. Could not wait inside. The bathrooms .... don't let me go there. The food was good.

I usually like going here but my most recent experience was (in my opinion) not worth it. It only takes one bad experience to change an opinion. I did email them via their site and 2 weeks later…no response. What’s the point of giving the option to submit experience if no one is going to reply back. I did tip my server 15% but honestly, it would have been more had he was more attentive. It was busy but as a server in my past…I never let it show with my tables. They always felt as if they were my only table.

Evansville, IN (East Side)- wow- what a difference between the amazing food and the terrible service! My boyfriend and I had our first restaurant experience in Indiana since last March, so we chose to drive an hour away from our small town. I wanted ribs and learned two of my favorite places had closed down. So, boyfriend chose Texas Roadhouse. It was my first time there. Even the hostesses were awful! Two were standing in front of us for a full 4 mins joking about how a party went the night before. Then, we were seated at the bar (fine), and left there for 17 mins with no drinks or waitress. She finally comes, barely speaks loud enough to hear her say “what do you want to drink”. (Wow, nice greeting!” Her mask was under her nose and we could see her top lip 8/. I just said that we had plenty of time and we know what we want to order. She took our order of food and drinks, brought rolls and still... no drinks! After I was about to go get my own drinks, she brought the one and only drinks we would receive. Another server brought our food and walked off. We had to wait again to get a few things we needed. She finally was walking by and we asked for those items and she acted as though we tore her arm off. After she brought those .... never saw her again. My man is always a good tipper, as I have taught him a great way to figure out adding up good tip a amount. Well, she received the lowest! I then walked over to the kitchen and praised them for the AMAZING food!!!! Too bad we could have had the same meal in take out. So, I would say, make sure you ask for a manager right away if things start out bad. Our bill was expensive, so we likely should have gotten a manager and at least asked for several of the staff to be trained how to wear masks, how to do good customer service, treat customers with respect and quit goofing off.
