My husband and I went to the Nampa location on 2.25.2023 our food was really bad My husband did not get the steak he ordered and it was raw My food was burnt this was a very bad experience

They do not have handicap seating. We always have to have a table and last two times we went they said it would be a hr. And forty five min. and the second two hrs. and fifteen. Called corp. and they had a manager from restaurant call to tell me we had to call ahead for seating. This was in Sherman, Texas. Won’t go back

Never ever go to this Texas Roadhouse. I ordered online and paid online. I got to the restaurant and they said I did not pay. Showed them my receipt and my bank account , showing the transaction. They still stated I did not pay. At this point it is 7pm and I have a house full of family , so I paid again. Now I have paid twice . Called my bank and yes original amount went through. I call the restaurant and talk to manager Kayla who talks over me and does not even listen to what I have to say. Which is what anyone in customer service knows to do first. She still swears my other transaction did not go through. So my bank has Deemed this a fraudulent charge. Will never go back here, ever and will be calling corporate in the morning! This is the Brooklyn location

I placed an order around 1:30 pm on Dec 31, 2022. We had scheduled out pick up time at 4:45pm. We had ordered a simple entree, pulled pork sandwich with side order of steak fries. Upon getting home we opened our container to find that all the food was cold, steak fries were soggy and cold, and hair in one of our pulled pork sandwiches. I believe our food was thrown together the minute I placed my order and was just put off to the side for 3 hrs until I picked up.To make it worse I had paid online and left a 20% tip on a 20.00 order. I highly recommend anyone who eats here or places an order to seriously think twice before placing an order. Will NEVER eat here again!!!

Bad experience with this restaurant. Rotten lettuce in the salad, greasy onions and mushrooms, I like my buns brown not white, hot not cold. Was very dissatisfied. Manager gave us a free meal after we paid for this one. Waited about a month and went to get the free meal on a different day, hoping to get a better cook. Chicken and sweet potato was great. Buns were cold, had to get fresh ones. My Friends mushrooms were burnt. Decided to get dessert. Got a chocolate brownie with a scoop of ice cream, that cost seven dollars, and the brownie was so hard we could not cut it with a knife. Bad experience, will not go to this restaurant ever again. We got takeout from the South Jordan Texas Roadhouse Restaurant and had no honey butter for the rolls and no peppercorn sauce for the porkchops so disappointed... This is the second time this has happened.....

I went to the one in Katy Texas near I 10 very racist and rude twards African Americans.. food is thrown together.. complain to the management and they refuse to believe what you’re saying is true.. really I sincerely believe African Americans should avoid this place period..

We are 23 year patrons of this restaurant across the US. We visited the one in Flagstaff yesterday. I always order triple cooked broccoli and have never had an issue. Yesterday, it was brought to the table burnt - a good server would not have. My steak was returned since the flavor wasn't good. This was the worst experience we have had.
