I had a few issues with their website, but they were resolved after a few days.

4 hrs could have accomplished everything in your course. It drags and drags to get to the end. Having quizs instead of time requirements makes for better understanding. I'd rather not pass a quiz and have to review the material than no quiz and 2 hrs of waiting for the light to turn green..

The materials are very outdated, and the stats are from before many of these new drivers were even born. Phone usage has only increased since then and the ways they are used has changed significantly. The data should reflect that. It is hard to feel that my money - especially the extra I had to pay because life interrupted my daughter's driving experience, is going to a worthy business when it is obvious that so little care has been given to keeping the materials current and relevant to todays drivers.

The videos would restart (had to watch each 4-5 times) and be very tiny

I didn't like how it gave me an hour to do a lesson that took 20-30 minutes to read -then had to wait until the time was up to progress- In the test I took on specifically the road rules test I had multiple picture problems and a lot of them the images were unavailable and I kept failing my test because I had to guess. A $75 class should not be this digitally uninformed. It needs to be updated because it looks like it hasn't been since 2015.
