It kicked me out mid-course. Called support and they cannot help.

I really wish there was a fun way to take a driver safety course... but it IS my punishment literally for speeding..ugh

Be sure to upload driving logs 10 days prior to the course expiring otherwise these idiots won't review them and you will have to pay an additional $20 to reopen the course.

This is absolutely rediculous. My daughter has passed her course, everything is approved, but you are going to hold her certificate HOSTAGE for 4 more days until I PAY YOU MORE MONEY!?!? I will be giving you a very bad revew on Google. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Daughter kicked out of program for security questions, school wants us to repurchase the program again.

Unfortunately, my experience with Texas Driving School's online defensive driving course was very disappointing. While working through the course, my account became stuck on one of the modules and would not allow me to continue. As a result, I lost the progress I had already completed. Because there was no customer support available over the weekend, I was unable to get assistance before my deadline. I ultimately had to purchase and complete a different defensive driving course to meet the required timeframe. I found the technical issues and lack of timely support to be very frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not use this course again or recommend it to others
