These damn things do not work. Got 3 of them earlier this year. I have followed all instructions repeatedly and So far I have only succeeded in killing plants. Too expensive by far for nothing. Might try reducing them to rubble and using them as pot fillings. Won't ever be supporting another startup.

Don’t waste your money. It’s quite expensive for what it is and it doesn’t even work. The plants die, pores get super quickly clogged and the bottom plate that it comes with originally is actually too small so you either have to make sure you regularly throw the drainage away or it’ll leak all over the place. OR you conveniently should purchase a bigger plate which of course costs additionally (comes as a surprise to exactly no one)

Abysmal. Sent the product late- like... over three years from their planned release date. AND the product doesn't work. Like others I would not trust these guys for anything. Theyll make tons of comments about 'replacing faulty products' blah blah, but NONE of their products work. It was all a massive scam they profited from - and theyre doing it again with their new product theyve just releasted.

Absolute trash company. Shipped me a defective product. After I finally got them to ship me a replacement, after having to go back and forth with dozens of emails, they had the nerve to send me a bill for the customs fees, which they never even informed me about!! After trying to dispute the charges that I never agreed to it ended up at a collection agency which forced me to pay. Complete extortion. Garbage company, do not support these clowns.

I am an original kickstarter backer. I have attempted many times to get plants to grow, they always die. I planted the Chia seed and followed the instructions exactly, a few sprouted but for the most part it was a total waste. I had to scrub the pot with a tooth brush to get all the seeds off. The pot doesn't let water out and support says it's because I'm not using the right kind of water. I don't have hard water, so whatever is going on is the manufacturers fault. It's pretty ridiculous that I would need to go through all of this on top the excessive time I had to wait after the kickstarter finished. This product has put me off of using kickstarter ever again. I would not trust this company with my money again.

Super disappointed with the product. I put some seeds on it, it grew up. But it's leaking a lot. The cup under is not enough. I wrote to the costumer service and they just told me that I should remove water on a day to day basis. I can't think about that everyday so my wood table is always full of water which is bad. They are aware about that as they sell a bigger cup to put under. Also they say that once the process is on we don't need to water the full jar, but my chia seed just get dry, it was super ugly, nothing compare the videos. I would not recommend it.

My most expensive vase. Only think its usable for

I too, was an early backer of your company, as other clients shared the same experience, I too never received my product. Worse experience to see this company has taken advantage of people who believed in them early on :( AND they are not answering any of my support mails. I gave them my postal adress many times, they always sent the same email requesting my address, again and again. I think it's just an Bot sending this mails. I spent around 100,- on Kickstarter. Years ago! This is really bad. Please help!! And please: don't just give me your support email. I tried this several times already.
