Address Error
Correct address given, however was told the address is invalid after verifying twice.

I placed an order for two vape pens and neither of them worked. I troubleshooted as they suggest but it didn't help. I called customer service three separate times on three separate days, DURING their normal business hours and all I got was a recording telling me their office is closed and to leave a message or call back during normal business hours. I left a message and they never got back to me. The issue was never resolved and I'm stuck with two vape pens that don't work. If I could give them no stars, I would.

Broken product, NO customer service
I ordered a pen similar to a previous purchase. It arrived broken (charger indicated a full charge, but the lights never came on/ couldn’t pull when cartridge was added). I IMMEDIATELY emailed the address provided only to find that my email couldn’t be delivered. I double and triple checked that the address was correct, but no one ever responded and I kept getting a message that the email address was incorrect. I am now out of the $ I spent on the useless pen AND sad that I will no longer be using or recommending your business to anyone.

Good people and a good place
Good people and a good place. They have regular sales and a senior discount which makes things afordable for me. The only improvement I would like to see is more information about the items for online ordering such as how the edibles are divided..10,20 pieces etc. and are they Indica or sativa dominant since most are hybrids.
