I didn’t like the product I received. I felt it was not exactly what was advertised and didn’t work as advertised. I asked for a refund and was told no refund, yet they issued me a refund anyway. So Thank you for that! Greatly Appreciated! Also shipping was fast.

I received the product within a few days after ordering it. The “manual” is a little card that has a lot of info on how to use it, however has no info on how to assemble the unit. I finally figured it out on my own. It is finally ready for use. All around, I love the product but ALL the other companies selling vape pens don’t provide any instructions for use. Appears to be the same issue here. Some of us need instructions on this equipment of the ASSEMBLY of the adapter to the cartridge.

The shipping was expensive and late which wasn’t necessary their fault, but I never received any information about the device after the order until I contacted customer service. The customer service was easy to find, easy to do, and very quick which was nice. I’ve only heard great things about the product, and I can’t wait to have my own!!
