We have kept our original reply so others may understand how we perform some of our functions. Original reply. We just received your newest request to purchase more items so it appears that even though you have scored us with a low review, you are giving us an opportunity to improve our rating. We reviewed your transactions and we priced your items accordingly as we pay a wholesale amount. We reviewed your request form along with a handwritten notes describing quoted prices. A few of your items had damage of which we could not purchase. We generally do not return items but in this case we did return these particular items as a courtesy. We do ask clients to send us pristine items with no damage dated properly for the best prices. We hope this clears up any confusion. Thank you. Tsam Team
