The only way to deal with this company is to take pictures of whatever you send them to have proof to backup your items. They will find damages to your order an not pay you but will sell them selves
6 of my boxes had a mark where I took off information sheet. They refused to pay (my boxes where not perfect by there standards). Now my question is do they really throw them away or put there own sticker in that spot an then resell ?

Hi, Jeanne. Thank you for your review. You state that six boxes had a mark where you took off the prescription label. Your boxes actually had damaging rips on the front as shown on the video. We ask sellers to allow us to remove labels to insure product integrity and better pricing. Our national buyers buy perfect boxes for the highest price and our secondary buyers buy damaged boxes for lesser prices. Our buyers demand full disclosure of the legitimate condition of all boxes. We hope this clears up our process for grading and we invite all sellers to call us should they have a question about our grading prior to transacting business. Many of our competitors only take photos of damaged boxes as evidence for reduced pricing, whereas we videotape the opening of boxes as evidence.
