Where is my user history?
Took them well over a week to even get back to me about my package. When I called them and gave them my name and email they informed me I hadn't done business with them since 2019 and provided an address I no longer live in, EVEN THOUGH I've used this company multiple times throughout 2020 and 2021. Don't know what's up with their system but it needs a SERIOUS UPDATE.

Hi James. We reached out to you regarding your payout. You did send us boxes that were short dated. We do have an expiration date policy like all the other companies. Boxes must be dated 5/2022 and LATER to receive the full payout. Your 2 boxes were dated 4/2022 and the other boxes were Mail Order, not Retail Order. Those are paid at a lesser price throughout the entire marketplace. If you are ever unsure about the dates, please email or call us. We're always happy to clarify. Thank you!
