Did not receive my $5. Dollar credit for my 4 boxes, on the second shipment I did get the $5.. also my boxes were pristine yet I got half of what you normally pay. Ami doing something wrong in my boxes. I think this is a great idea, and have been very pleased with the promptness of your turn around time.

Hi Florence. Thank you for your review. I reviewed your order and all your test strip boxes did have damage to them. It's the sort of damage that is from the removal of your RX labels. We do recommend to leave the labels on. We have a great team that can safely remove and dispose of the labels without damaging the boxes.
