Hi Justine. I reviewed your order and you are correct. We did recieve 16 boxes. You were paid for 12 boxes because 4 of your boxes were expired. Your boxes were dated 7/2021. Our policy states boxes must be dated 6/2022 and LATER to receive the full payout OR range from 3/2022-5/2022 to receive a discounted payout. Unfortunately, your 4 boxes fell short. Hi Teresa. Our expiration date changes every month just like all companies. All we do is push it forward by one month each month. For example, this month boxes must be dated 6/2022 and LATER, and next month it will change to 7/2022 and LATER. Test Strips must stay in an expiration date range in order to be considered valid. Expired testing strips are not safe to use due to the inaccurate reading they may provide. If you ever have any questions concerning our policy, please email us at [email protected].
