I send in two boxes of textstrip last time they pay $40.00 a box this time I got $40.00 for two boxs so it only $20.00 each box this is my last time to deal with this company so beware of them...

Hi James. The reason for the lesser payout was because both your boxes had damage in the front. Looks like it was caused from when you removed the RX labels. If boxes are peeled/damage we do have to deduct for that. It is also listed in our policy. We will be emailing you as well to make sure you received this message and we also have a photo of your boxes for your reference. Thank you.
