Sold my strips and wanted my payment through PayPal. They sent my payment to the wrong PayPal account and now they “can’t” fix it. And I’m out $100+. Update: issues has been resolved!! And it was done quickly!! Great customer service

I was told I would get a certain amount of money for my test strips and only got less then half of what I was told. I have no trust in this company now.
Response from Test Strip BuyersOct 27, 2021
Hi Gregory! I reviewed your order and the testing strips we received were Mail Order, not Retail Order. These are priced less and look different than the Retail Order version. We will be emailing you as well to further explain and make sure we answer any questions or concerns you may have. Thank you!

Flawless transactions. Follow the directions about the expiration dates and conditions and the entire transaction takes a few days. Highly recommended and I will continue to deal with them no doubt about it!
