My recent transaction with you resulted in a net loss for me of at least $50. With absolutely no explanation as to why. I'm tired of being ripped off by your company. Your company has made a choice for me. I'll be selling my diabetic supplies to someone else for more money I have read your response to my review. It makes perfect sense when you read what you write but, as you can see from your records I've been using your company for quite some time. Every box of strips I have ever sent you say that same thing on the bottom of them it's because I get them from the veterans administration. Not a retail company. I have never been shorted by you before as you can see by your payouts except for honest mistakes that I made, like the one on this one where the box was expired. Those things I expect. I don't expect this from any company. Still switching companies

Hi Andrew. I reviewed your order and the boxes we received were Mail Order, not Retail Order. These boxes look different and are priced less than the Retail Order version. Also, one box was short dated with an expiration date of 3/2022. Our policy states boxes must be dated 7/2022 and LATER to receive the full payout OR range from 4/2022-6/2022 to receive a discounted payout. We will be emailing you to make sure you receive this message. Thank you.
