Until today - I've had a wonderful experience with TSB! Today I get my email and payment and it's half of what it usually is....states, damaged! well, it went direct from the pharmacy bag to your box and it was not damaged in any way when i sent it out. I have to presume something happened on their end and they are trying to give me the short end of the stick. I refunded their payment and let them know they can send it back to me....we'll try again next time

Hi Erica. I reviewed your order and your box was peeled. Boxes must be in perfect condition in order to receive the full payout. You were paid 50% less for your damaged box. We will be emailing you a photo of your box for your reference.
