After getting a better understanding of the problem with my item I have to give them a 8 out of 10 in my payment. The customer service over the phone still doesn’t get an 8 it gets a 5 out of 10.

I would give 5 stars for prompt payment. The reason for 3 stars, the website gives one price and I ended up getting way less. That's with no damage and expiration dates current and a $10 bonus. You can't complain, prices subject to change without notice.
