The process was simple. Contact through website, receive prepaid shipping materials, send back. There was an internal issue they contacted me to resolve and the person was kind and helpful. Finally there was a payment issue and when I contacted them again they were kind and helpful. Even with a couple hiccups everything was extremely easily and they're very helpful. It was all around a very nice process. Definitely doing business with them again.

Seems like every time I send in the say I have damaged boxes and or im short of what I sent in and this time its both plus the site showed new pricing and I got old prices. Im very upset with this. When I call all they do is give excuses.

Hi Brian. I reviewed your order and the reason we could not pay you for 3 boxes was because your boxes were not fully sealed and the other box was expired 12/2021. Please feel free to email us with any questions. [email protected]. Thank you!

I sent my strips in the way that I received them from the company and they said something about glue and only gave me 50% of their quote. That’s bs. I could’ve sold them for $50 and I got a measly $17.50 without communication if I wanted to have them returned or and explanation. The payment took much long than most I’ve sold to. I’m not an ignorant person either, I know how much strips are worth.!!!!

Hi Jonathan. I reviewed your order and looked at our camera footage and your box did have some kind of residue/glue damage under the label. This is something the pharmacy may have done. We always recommend checking your boxes before leaving the pharmacy. Also, we prefer you leave the RX labels on and don't attempt to peel it off. This can cause damage to your box. We do have a great team that can safely remove and dispose of your RX label without causing any damage to your box. Please feel free to email us with any questions. [email protected]. Thank you!

What do you mean package was ripped and pen damaged, it wasn't when I sent it. is this a lie so you don't have to pay the full amount. Will contact better business bureau and make a complaint against this

Hello C. Fowler. I reviewed your order and our camera footage and it was confirmed your box was ripped and had marker written on it as well. For this reason, you were paid 50% less for your box. We do need boxes to be perfect/like new in order to receive the full payout. There cannot be any ink, tears, etc. on the test strip boxes. Boxes that are damaged are sold at a lesser price. Having perfect boxes benefits both of us! Please feel free to email us with any questions or if you would like a photo of your box. [email protected]. Thank you!
