I have used your company before I sent two boxes 100 test strips each of the One touch ultra.. I put in a $5 coupon that you sent.. I was supposed to get a $65 for each box which totals $130.. not counting the $5 coupon I sent.. I only received $125 I was shorted at least five dollars actually 10 counting the scratch off ticket that I put inside.. your check was only for $125.. what was up with that

Hi Cheryl - I reviewed your order and our current price for One Touch Ultra 100 count is $60 per box. This has been the price for the month of February. We always recommend reviewing our website monthly for current product pricing. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected]. Thank you!

Hello Karen - I reviewed your order and the testing strips we received were Mail Order, not Retail Order. These are priced less on the market. Also, 2 of your boxes were not completely sealed. For this reason, we could not issue you a payout on those 2 boxes. Our policy states boxes must be manufactured sealed in order to receive a payout. If you have any questions, please email us! [email protected]. Thank you!
