Need to known what happened
Sent nine box all in good conditions when they left my home but was told three of them was damaged.but how would I known that if they all in good conditions when I shipped them.

There was a card included with my box…
There was a card included with my box for either an extra $15 or an extra $10 bonus for sending you my strips. I got neither.

Hello Tammy. I reviewed your order to make sure we did not make a mistake and it was confirmed we only received one box of 100 count testing strips. The bonus cards you received say you must send 200 or more total testing strips combined to receive that bonus. If you send us more than 200 on your next order we can honor it for you!
