Was promised $92 in writing, but received only $32. Your reply is absolutely not true. I was very carefully by removing the label, and the package was absolutely not damaged, broken, or ripped. I assume this is all a scam. I also send in a second package, never heard back or got paid for. Will never do it again, not to your scammer company.

Hi Hartwig. I reviewed your order and both boxes were ripped. Perhaps where you removed the RX labels, you accidently ripped your boxes. Boxes must be in perfect condition in order to receive the full payout. Please email us if you have any questions. [email protected]. Thank you!

I looked online what you're paying for test strips and even a quote before I sent them and it was $60 but when I got paid 3 days later it was $30. I would have gone somewhere else that's true to their site.
Response from Test Strip BuyersJul 11, 2022
Hello Heather. According to our records we spoke about our damage guidelines through email. Boxes cannot be ripped. Unfortunately, your box was ripped and for that reason you were paid 50% less. Boxes must be in perfect condition in order to receive the full payout.
