Ordered my dog intolerance test
Ordered my dog intolerance test. Only came back with handful of items. And it was items that your arnt even meant to give to you dog. Tried talking to the online chat with them to complain and it seemed its an automatic thing that says the same thing over and over again. Have sent an email now. As absolutly waste of money! Also the delivery i posted for next day service and it got there at 9.30am by 10.15am i got the results, how can they test 300 things in that amount of time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Thank you for your review, Katie. We are pleased to confirm our pet test tests for common foods and environmental items a pet comes into contact with. However, we also test for items a pet may come into contact with or consume by mistake from an owner's plate for example. A full list of items tested on this package can be found on the website for the test package purchased. Our lab audit trail shows the sample was scanned in at our labs 12.00pm 20th June - this is the point at which testing was started for the sample. Your testing was then completed and the results emails 3.24pm. During times of full staff in the lab and a low mail volume for the day, samples can be tested as quickly as the above.
