Our puppy was suffering terribly, scratching till her skin bled. We visited the vets twice who basically gave us antibiotics & steroids. We were told it could be an allergy to anything but they wouldn’t test her till she was 12 months. We were at a loss, watching her suffer was horrendous, I googled animal allergy testing & TMI came up on wowcher so I took the gamble & it paid off!! It was easy to complete with no discomfort & the results were very quick! The results showed everything she was 85% reactive too & this gave us a massive insight to what was going on with our puppy & the adjustments we needed to make. We couldn’t believe what it showed. When I emailed with some questions, they responded quickly. The only thing I would change is that we had received the full report so we could make as many adjustments as we could. I would definitely recommend this it helps us so much and we have a far happier puppy and it didn’t cost the earth!

I couldn’t figure out what kinda code I was supposed to write on the blood test card so I messaged the chat on the website and an employee explained everything quickly and to the point!

Did a live chat with Jake because I was getting concerned they had not received my blood sample. He immediately confirmed they did and sent me the results. He was very helpful and quick to respond.

Customer service was absolutely wonderful. My test results came fast and were easy to read. They even provide a simple guide for what to do next, such as how to do diet elimination for food allergies and sensitivities. I had sensitivities I would never of guessed. I am excited to finally know the causes of my discomfort and look forward to a healthier me.
