They were extremely helpful and compassionate. I spoke to two different people and they didn't judge me and they weren't rude. They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.

The people I spoke with were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. They talked me through the whole process and it was very simple. I had the results back on the 2nd business day. A representative called with the results and also sent them by email and let me know that if I had any further questions they would be available to go over anything with me. It was so comforting to be able to confirm that both babies were indeed my grandchildren. What a wonderful service!!
