Hello, We are so sorry that your experience wasn't our best. We did review the calls and unfortunately we cannot tell you what part of the DNA specifically came from your mother or your father. This is not a service that we provide. We can strictly see what alleles (numbers) you have in your DNA. Then we compare them to the specific family member you are testing with, for that particular relationship. In each genetic loci, you will receive 1 allele from your mother and 1 from your father. But the only way to know what you received from a parent specifically, we would need to include one of the parents. If we are performing a sibling test or another relationship test, we compare the matches and give a probability and percentage of that probability on the results. Thank you

I am sorry that you feel like you had a bad experience. I was unable to locate the phone call from you calling to check if the samples arrived. Maybe you called from a different phone number than we have listed. Anytime we get a review like this we definitely check into the system and see how we can improve the calls. We were able to listen to the call from yesterday when Scott one of our employees took took your incoming call. He never mentioned that an email was sent out and asked if that was all you needed. He asked for the names involved with the case and pulled the case for you. Asked you the security phrase you had on file. Then he reviewed results with you. You told him that it was the best news you have received and thanked him. He said he was happy we could help. You said thank you again. He then replied if there was something else he could help you with. It was a very polite conversation. If you would like to call in and discuss the call, we would be happy to assist you.

Please let us know if you have still not received your results. We do package them discreetly and sometimes people miss the envelope because of that. We do apologize that they were not received within the time frame given.

Unfortunately you may have had a bad experience with fedex. We do apologize that they dropped the ball on getting the samples to us. We do provide the prepaid shipping back to the lab and once the lab receives the samples the typical turnaround is 3-5 business days for a standard paternity test. For other types of relationships it can take a day or 2 longer. Even if we had received the samples on the weds or tues after you shipped you package, we would still only be on the 3rd or 4th business day from when we received your samples. As soon as we see your results come in, we will let you know. We do apologize for any delay you may have had from the shipping process.

We are really sorry that you had an experience like this. It looks like the lab you went into for collection is just a lab we contract with and not a lab owned by Test Me DNA. The reason we chose this lab was because it was the nearest location to you. We will evaluate the situation and decide if we need to choose a different location for our clients in the future.
