Michelle was absolutely amazing through the entire process, she understood the unique circumstances of our family as a whole, showed compassion and went above and beyond to get things complete rather than just sell me a service. I would recommend her to anyone needing to get tested, I wanted to send her a gift but I understand many are working from home.
