I signed up for BarMax for its MBE program at the recommendation of a friend after multiple unsuccessful attempts at the California Bar Exam. BarMax has not disappointed me. Compared to the MBE program of other review courses, the biggest distinguishing factor is that they force students to figure out why a correct answer is correct. This feature may appear frustrating in the beginning but it proved to be critical to my success at my most recent try at the California Bar Exam. By asking questions to challenge the correct answers given, students gain a deeper understanding of the law. I also like the interfaces of the MBE program, which allows students to quickly jump to any particular question. I highly recommend the MBE program of BarMax.

This program is great. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful experience with Barmax. I graduated from law school 17 years ago and passed the exam in NH. My work after law school didn't require a bar nor was I interested in taking a bar exam. Seventeen years later and circumstances changed. I'm thrilled with the result.

Wonderful Service! I appreciate the detail and attention I received the entire time.

Everyone was so knowledgeable and encouraging! Loved using them to help prepare!

Great test prep material including MBE practice questions and various virtual seminars.

I just found out today that I passed the bar exam on my first try! This even after being out of law school for 12 years and not being granted all of my required testing accommodations. I could have never done this without BarMax, and more importantly, BarMax’s private tutor I hired, Matias Gonzalez. Matias became personally invested in my success and me failing was never an option for him. He was there with me every step of the way throughout the journey. He cares deeply about the success of his students and by incorporating his advice into my study schedule, I was ultimately able to succeed and pass the exam. I scored a 268 on the Uniform Bar Exam, which is well enough to transfer into numerous other states, if ever needed. If you work full-time, you should seriously consider BarMax. And if you find yourself needed an additional boost from a tutor, you should seriously give Matias Gonzalez consideration. If you do, you will be well served and on your way to a passing score as well. Good Luck!
