LSATMax & BarMaxReviews of testmaxprep.com

I LOVE Barmax! From the lectures to the outlines to the flash cards to the MBEs! And speaking of the MBEs, I love the way they are broken down by subtopic. Makes it SO much easier to not only hone in on problem areas, but also reinforce your knowledge of the sub-topics. And unlike some competitors, Barmax allows continued access of it if you do not pass the Bar, without having to purchase it again. I could go on and on. I passed the July 2021 California Bar, and Barmax was an invaluable tool that helped me!

If you are looking for a one- stop bar review course that is a straight road to success ( if you follow it), then BARMAX is the one. It gives you, literally on your finger tips, access to 10 years of past bar essay passing answers, performance tests, real MBE questions with awesome explanations for the right answers, which are also a good resource to learn how to analyze an issue. Plus to help in understanding the law, there are flash cards plus lectures broken down in 30 minute segments.... all available on your mobile device that you can access even where there is no WiFi signal !! To top all that, it is yours for as long as you want it.. good even for law school exams ! It gives you the resources but it is up to you to use the resources effectively. what more can you ask from a bar review course? Thanks BARMAX!

The material is well written and doesn't contain unnecessary content, the office hours are extremely helpful as well as the practice essay grading by the tutors! BarMax helped me pass the California July 2021 exam. Thank you.

I just want to say Whitney is the best tutor this program has to offer. She takes her time with you and she is so positive. I am grateful she was my tutor this summer before the July UBE. I am pleased to say because of her techniques I passed the bar! One and done! Thank you Whitney! - Nickeysha

LSATMax's private tutors (as well as its online prep program) are fantastic. With their help I was able to improve from an initial 154 to a 164 on October's test. I'm currently averaging in the high 160s-low 170s on practice tests as I continue studying for the November exam. I primarily worked with Abigail George, a great person and inspiring teacher. I had a blast analyzing games with her, and learned key insights during each of our sessions. For maximum improvement on the LSAT, I highly recommend scheduling some appointments to meet up with Abigail for online tutoring.

Bar Max was a good fit for me. I am a foreign-trained lawyer and was not overwhelmed with Bar Max's layout. The lectures, flashcards and practice questions paired with Whitney - an EXCELLENT tutor, helped me pass the exam. Highly recommended! Thank you Bar Max!

BarMax was a good fit for me. Their outlines are not overwhelming--focuses on the important rules. Reading the past essay and MPT questions was a big help in my bar exam review. They now have Office Hours Session videos, which are very helpful. Some of these videos will give you tips on how to answer MPT and Essay questions. --Jose Mari Perdices, Foreign Attorney, LLM from the University of Washington

Using BarMax, I scored a 304 on the NY Bar Exam (UBE). This score is roughly in the 90th percentile, and well above the pass rate for all UBE jurisdictions. I thought the outlines were really efficient and easy to use. They did not include tons of superfluous information. All of my friends used competitors, and it sounded like they were studying 10-12 hours a day for 9 weeks. My days were much more reasonable, and I did well. I also found a few of the BarMax video tutorials very helpful. It was also much less expensive than many other services. Two small points of feedback. 1) A few of the outlines for MEE-only subjects could have been edited down a lot. 2) BarMax should take more steps to familiarize test-takers with the basic structure of the test and introduce them to prep strategies with respect to MBE vs. MEE.
