I have used LSATMax on and off for over a year as my primary tool to study for the LSAT. I love the detail that the module makers have put in to it; they've truly made studying for this test a craft! Even though I have not been able to be as consistent as I wish I could have been because of outside circumstances, I hope my work on here shows through whenever I take the test in a few weeks.

Law Clerk Passed First Try
I am a Washington Law Clerk so I did not go to Law School. I worked full time and have six children, two of whom have autism and three who have ADD. When I’m home they need me. I had to attend several IEP and accommodation meetings for school for all of them, I worked full time, was a Rule 9 appearing in court, and the first night of the bar exam, my one year old got a small fever, and I was up with her all night, and the 2nd night of the test, we had to take her to the ER and I was up again all night with her (it was not serious or contagious thankfully), but she had a fever and needed rest and cuddles. I got about 3 hours of sleep both nights, and I was distracted worrying for my daughter. I was distracted during the test, but I had five hours with a Barmax Tutor, I submitted about 7 practice essays/MPTs, and I had only had about 90 intensive hours to prep for the bar (out of a recommended 400/600 hours). Barmax was on point and it helped me get the materials I needed. I ended up with a 290 which isn’t bad given all the challenges I experienced personally. I think if I had had more study time and a little less adversity on exam days, I might have done much better, but a pass is a pass, and I’m so very happy. I had several contemporaries that used a very famous Barprep company who did the 400 hours and they were overwhelmed and did not pass. I paid a fraction of the price, and passed on my first try, and was less stressed going into the exam. I explained to my tutor at Barmax what my study schedule was, and she was honest, she didn’t think I needed to do 400 hours, but thought I wasn’t going to get enough, but when I said that all I had was about 90 hours. Once she knew I couldn’t squeeze in any more studying she fully committed to my situation and helped me focus in and target the things I needed. I appreciated her honesty and her designing a plan that was perfect for me, and she supported me with what my specific needs and process were. Thank you Barmax!!!! And Thank you Melissa A (my tutor).

Organized program, detailed and constructive feedback
Very organized setup that allows you to teach yourself the material and, if need be, access live tutors to explain the material in a different way. The setup and explanation videos for the logic games were super helpful and made me feel more comfortable with that section. My favorite part was the feedback on every answer choice for the logical reasoning. There's always little tips and tricks in those explanations that help you on future questions!

My LSAT Prep Review
I've tried several other LSAT prep programs and no one else makes the material more clear, although you still have to put in a lot of work.

Target Acquired
So I came into LSATMax with a target score of 165, and it felt like every couple weeks the target score shot up. Ended up with a 180, starting at a 162. I can not say it was easy, but LSATMax certainly helped along the way.

So far my experience has been a very positive one! The explanations are clear, there is enough questions to practice, and the videos are well laid out!
