Good service easy and cost effective

I recently ordered a test from health testing centers and I will say that I had a good experience with the testing and getting results. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I wasn't happy with the way that the testing wording was exclusionary to transgender people. I would like to request that they consider transgender people and improve this with the testing kits. There are transgender men that identify as male, but have vulvas and need to order certain tests that would use a swab for the vulva. Having to select a test marked for "females" can be very triggering and upsetting. Similarly, if a transgender woman who identifies as female but has to use the testing marked for "men" would also be triggering. Having a system that would account for transgender people would be very helpful. Many businesses like everlywell and letsgetchecked ask for your gender identity as well as if you are assigned female at birth or assigned male at birth. This is a more inclusive way to ask for the information needed without being exclusionary to trans people. Please consider changing your wording to be more inclusive.

Their process worked just great. I ordered the test, got the requisition sheet immediately by email, showed up the next day as a walk-in at a nearby Lapcorp, and I had the result the day after that (just one test, not a full panel.)

This test was reasonably priced, quick and easy, and alleviated my fears about something I was worried about (because my former not very bright doctor said it was ok to do blood tests after I'd had an energy drink and came up with all kinds of weird results). Would definitely do this again.
