I see that you ordered two sets of tests with us and had them both drawn on the same day. The first set was completed and emailed to you the next day and the second set is still pending. When you place the order on our website the test description does detail how long results are expected to take. The second set of tests are estimated to take 5-7 business days and today is the fifth business day. We periodically review our prices to make sure we stay competitive with other companies that offer the same service.

I am disappointed to hear about your experience with your blood draw. We strive for 100% satisfaction with each and every customer and I apologize that we fell short of this goal during your visit. If you would be able to provide me with the address of the location and any information you remember about the representative I would like to put in a formal complaint so we can have the staff retrained as to how to minimize the chance of bruises during the blood draw. We strive for 100% satisfaction with each and every customer and I apologize that we fell short of this goal during your visit.   I understand that there was a long waiting period at your visit. While Quest does try to stick as close as possible to the appointments there are several factors that can put the office behind schedule such as customers who may be difficult to draw, customers who require immediate attention during or after the blood draw and having to confirm orders/tests, etc.  Again, I do want to apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced with our service and partner Quest. We at Health Testing Centers strive for 100% satisfaction with each and every customer and I apologize that we fell short of this goal during your visit to the draw facility. We only have one order that was placed with Health Testing Centers. Based on that order, we show the result of the High IgG. When the laboratory flags a result on a report as "high" or "low" it is due to the result being outside of the reference range. For a result of 0.90- 1.09, for this IgG test, is considered an equivocal (A test result that does not indicate either a positive or negative result strongly; retesting is usually required following an equivocal test result.) result. However, since it is outside the normal range of <1.90 it does get marked as high by the testintg laboratory. *Correction on normal reference range: My apologies, I should have stated "outside of the normal range of <0.90 not the <1.90. That is the reason the result was marked as high. All results that are flagged high or low will show as red on the reports from the laboratory. ** no argument intended at all from us, jsut simply providing the information we have. This is how the laboratory reports these results. I will forward the complaint on to the laboratory. Thank you.
