The entire experience was easy. Ordering the test, I had a question. I was able to message my question and got an immediate response. When I arrived at the lab, the order information was in their system, so there was no question about the billing. Results were available online within 24 hours on an easy to navigate website. Will definitely use Health Testing Centers again.

They're short staffed and the wait time was almost an hour and 30 minutes for a simple blood test. When you expect professionalism from them they'd give you the worst. I told the lady about my fear of needles and she said she doesn't have time for all that. And she had to poke 3 holes to get blood sample from my body. I would not recommend it to anyone.
