Fantastic product (Tesla model 3 under-shades) and service. Incorrect colour clips sent but the customer service team were great in arranging for the replacement parts to be sent promplty. High recommended the product and company.

This company is not trustworthy. They respond only when I got VISA involved to block the payment. I’m still waiting for my refund almost 2 months later.

I ordered three products and unfortunately received the wrong item for one of them. It took some time to get a response and receive the correct product, but in the end everything was resolved and overall I’m happy with my purchase. Tesery.com was not one of them. After the local courier (Canada Post) lost my package Tesery was immediately communicative, as is I was dealing with a trusted shop down the street. They showed sincere concern, went out of their way to fix the situation and left me a really, really happy customer. Despite the delay I’m really pleased with my experience…. STAY AWAY!!! Bought the carbon dashboard and door covers for my Tesla. Arrived and the dashboard piece doesn't fit at all. They offered a 20 dollar gift card thinking this is acceptable for an unusable product that cost over 180! Asked I to return the products as the dashboard cover has a defect, and I'm not exactly going to use the door covers alone. They said they would provide the returns address once they had seen the products packaging, which I sent over and they then stopped responding! Should have checked the reviews prior because I don't think I'm the only one!
