No response from customer service
Summary: No customer service response. I purchased a NovaPads Air-Foam Mattress Pro for Model Y / Y Juniper for $229. Four months later, a few uses, the mattress began to take on air (self- inflate) while not connected to any power source and with compressor in the Off position. It has taken on so much air that it no longer fits inside its designated storage space in the Model Y trunk. I emailed Tesery Customer Service for help, it’s been two weeks and no response whatsoever.

Fahrzeugdisplay hinten - Zubehör bestellt - Zubehör geliefert bekommen ohne ditalierte Einbauanleitung - Nach Fertigstellung keinerlei Internet kopalität - Mehrfache versuche Tesery zu erreichen - keine Antwort!!!! Das Problem besteht weiter hin. Werder Support noch Rückgabe ist scheinbar möglich!! Ich kann hiervon nur abraten !!!!!!!!!!!

The product they sent me is not the one I ordered
The product they sent me is not the correct one. It does not match my car model. I called customer service and they have very poor attention. They do not describe perfectly how to return the product and have it exchanged for you. Very bad experience. Please do not buy.
