I completely understand that frustration. Waiting nearly two weeks with a "ghost" tracking number and then realizing the package is coming from halfway across the globe is a recipe for disappointment, especially when you were expecting a domestic turnaround. It is very common for international tracking numbers (often starting with letters like YT, 4PX, or LS) to be "invisible" to Google’s built-in tracker until the package cleared customs and is handed over to a local carrier like USPS or FedEx. Try entering your number into 17TRACK or Ship24. These platforms specialize in "hand-off" logistics and can usually see the package while it's still in the air or at the Shanghai/Shenzhen sorting hubs. We hear you loud and clear regarding the shipping origin. While we aim to make our global sourcing clear, if it wasn't obvious at checkout, that’s a failure on our part. You shouldn't have to go hunting for "where is this coming from" after you've already paid. If the delay is outside our promised window, I can look into a partial refund of your shipping costs as a gesture of goodwill.

I am deeply sorry for the frustration and disappointment this has caused you. Waiting over two months for a gift—especially one intended for Christmas—is completely unacceptable. To have your original color choice be out of stock after purchasing only adds to a very poor experience. We take full responsibility for the breakdown in communication and the logistics failure that occurred here. You shouldn't have to chase a company to receive the items you paid for. While it doesn't excuse the experience, I want to be transparent about what likely happened:Our system failed to sync in real-time, allowing a purchase for a color that was physically unavailable. We verified the details of the second ring and found that the re-sent ring has been delivered. Please confirm if you have received it. If you encounter any problems during the use of the product, please feel free to contact our customer service team at any time. Because we missed your Christmas deadline so significantly, I would like to offer a discount or credit toward a future purchase should you ever decide to give us another chance.
