Wrong lighting

Waited 2 months for an order that was meant to be 10 days delivery. Asked for a discount due to delays but was not offered any. The seat covers I ordered are nice but possibly a bit fragile. Torn a piece of fabric when installing the front upright part of the seat. The cover Installation video should have had a comment not to pull on the perforated part of the covers as they are relatively easy to tear. I asked for a price to replace the one torn piece of the cover set (12 pieces total) and was quoted 25% of the total price for the whole set. The store claimed a high shipping cost - TEMU offers free shipping when the total order is $40 but this one piece was to cost $110. Not impressed by the customer service.

The product I ordered arrived in good condition; however, the overall experience was not very pleasant. Initially, it was stated that orders over $140 qualified for free shipping, and during checkout it was consistently confirmed that there would be no shipping cost. However, after completing the payment and several days later, I was contacted and informed that I needed to pay an additional $65 for shipping. Although I eventually agreed to pay this amount, upon delivery I was also required to pay approximately $25 more for shipping and customs fees. This lack of transparency is concerning and should be clearly communicated at the time of purchase to avoid misleading customers.

What an absolute waste. Product was cheap plastic that arrive cracked. Of course no response from them avoid like the plague.

At first I was questioning the legitimacy of this company but that was quickly changed with the help of Rio. I made a spelling error in my email and got worried on never getting a confirmation email, which Rio was able to send me the invoice and point out that error and even offered a gift card for the inconvenience. Amazing customer service and very understanding and helpful. I will be making future purchases from their website as they have lots of great product.
