Nick Matti and his team were wonderful to work with. They used a local attorney to close, communications were open and prompt. We closed earlier than expected. I would be happy to work with Nick and his team again.

Terravista will only offer ⅓-½ of what the actual land value is
Response from TerraVista Land EstatesMar 4, 2026
Craig, we appreciate the feedback. When we make offers, we do our best to evaluate properties based on county data, size, topography, access, location, recent comparable sales, and overall market conditions. We always aim to present fair, data-driven offers. That said, valuations are not perfect, and occasionally we may miss something that materially affects value. If that happened here, we sincerely appreciate it being brought to our attention. We’re always open to reviewing additional information and adjusting an offer when appropriate and when we make mistakes. Please feel free to contact us directly, and we’d be happy to take another look. Our goal is to operate transparently and in good faith with every property owner. Feel free to call us if you would like to discuss further. +1 507-765-0750 — TerraVista Land Estates

I had a really smooth experience working with TerraVista Land Estates. The team was professional, upfront, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. They answered every question I had and made the entire process of buying land simple and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people find the right property — not just making a sale. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for land or wanting a trustworthy company to work with.
