Our company sends purchase offers based on public property data and internal valuation models, but occasionally certain properties may not be evaluated accurately. We never intend to mislead property owners, and we always encourage sellers to do their own due diligence and consult local real estate professionals before making any decision. Our company sends letters to property owners based on publicly available property records, and the intent is simply to see if someone might already be considering selling their land. We absolutely never want anyone to feel harassed. We do not send texts or calls though, so I am thinking that might be another company you are getting those from.
