TerraVista Land EstatesReviews of terravistalandestates.co

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Olivia and Nick on several deals, and they have always been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are incredibly easy to communicate with, professional, respectful of my time, and genuinely wonderful people. After working together and meeting with them so many times, they truly started to feel like family. I always look forward to working with them and hope we have the opportunity to work together on many more deals in the future. I highly recommend Olivia and Nick to anyone looking for people who are professional, trustworthy, and simply great to work with!

Clear, professional communication throughout the process.

Great communication. Hope to do business with you again soon!

TerraVista was very straight forward, There was no run around. Nick was very responsive.

Terravista offers top notch service. We have worked with them on multiple projects and they do a great job improving properties

I inherited some lots of land in California when my father passed in 2022. It took me awhile to get motivated to sell them, and TerraVista's advertising arrived in the mail one day, so I researched them online before I reached out. Nick was quick to respond to my email, and requested a call to get more information. Talking to him was like talking to a friend I had known for years. He gathered information from me about the lots, then shared how the process would work moving forward. He took care of finding a title company to work with in the same county as the lots, and they also reached out to me quickly. We closed within a couple of months (earlier than anticipated), TerraVista took care of closing costs, and Nick followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. I'm very happy with how this process went!

As a real estate broker that specializes in land, I can vouch for TerraVista. They are thorough, transparent, and know how to make deals work for all parties!

Working with Nick was a great experience, he was straightforward and honest and did what he said he would do. Highly recommend him and his company.
