The food is ok. I generally have to do something to give it more flavor. I like the vessels, and it keeps the food cold if I don't get to it right away. They will sometimes miss an ingredient, which is annoying. I also usually have to buy an avocado to replace the one they send. Avocados don't like refrigeration.

TK started strong and I love most of the menus, but we have consistently had a variety of issues with the shipping (not being delivered to the door, empty box not being picked up, arriving late, leakage, etc.) Recently, our shipments have arrived with spoiled or "mushy" vegetables and fruit... to the extent of needing to throw away some items and altering recipes. Likewise, the quality of proteins/meats has diminished, being tougher and fattier than previously. Honestly, I have been seriously considering ending our arrangements with TK because of the low quality of produce and proteins.

They need to have better customer service. Often it is clear that they never read the email that I sent to them yet they send a nonsensical response because a robot or someone in a foreign country was reading my email, not sure what the problem is, but it happens almost every time I have to contact customer service. Also, it is a frequent occurrence that the amounts of individual items on the recipe card do not match and, are lower than what I actually received in the box.

We absolutely love Terra's Kitchen. First the quality of the food is excellent. Second, each menu is very tasty, healthy and easy to make. Third, We love the retuned vessel to minimize waste. Let's talk cost! First, we are saving time and money going to the store. Second, we have no food waste, we are not throwing out food at the end of the week - a financial and moral plus. Third, we would eat out about 2-3 times a week because we were too tired to go home and prepare a meal but TK does the prep! We have had Terra's Kitchen service for over a year. On average, we are saving over $400 a month!

I have been using this service for around a year now. It is wonderful! The meals are delicious and being a working mother of two young children it has allowed us to have home cooked meals in a reasonable amount of time! Any time there has been a hiccup with my order Terra's has gone above and beyond to fix the problem. The customer communication is excellent. I highly recommend this service and company.

Great customer service when deliveries slip, and the quality of the food is worth the premium. You could shop at the store for quite a bit less money, but they simplify our life and make family dinner for two working parents a reality that might be much harder otherwise. Have been a loyal customer for over a year now.

Meal choice is broad Recipes are tasty, but not too extraordinary that they are not appealing to a child's palette Freshness is outstanding Newness in recipes and other food options such as smoothies and lunches are very motivating to stay a customer Lovvvveeeee Terra's Kitchen!!!!!!!

Food is delicious, recipes are fun, and everything is easy to prepare!
