Terra's KitchenReviews of terraskitchen.com

Love - array of great choices - packaged salads - most prep done - slow cooker meals - good flavor - responsive and good customer service Could Be Better - freshness of certain herbs, veggies, fruit

Highly recommend Terra's Kitchen! Wonderful meals. Here's a tip... Don't try to bring the vessel into your home, unpack it into grocery bags where it's delivered, now empty vessel is ready to be picked up the next day.

Delivery days are not convenient. Herbs and lettuce are usually black or rusty and often i need to purchase them separately. I live in a warm climate area of Georgia and the ice packs are thawed and often toom temperature when the food arrives and i have thrown out meat gish and vegetables as a result. I plan to discontinue this service next week.

I love that the meals are quick to prepare because the food is pre-chopped, so can be prepared within 30 minutes compared to the other delivery services that can take an hour to prepare. Terra's kitchen is great if you appreciate organic and healthy food, and also the chilled vessel the food arrives in is picked up the next day and reused instead of generating a lot of packaging waste to throw away.

I absolutely love this company. The meals are delicious, healthy and easy to prepare. Customer service is outstanding. The ordering, delivery and pick up process is really as easy as they say. I would highly recommend!

Love the service, packaging, delivery and great customer service. Only a few times some fruits or veggies have arrived spoiled. Easy and quick recipes are fantastic!!!!! As a single mom and a teacher, it's expensive but I'm eating healthy meals and not wasting food. Thank you!!!!!

Overall, we like the delivery service for food. We have noticed some things that we would like to point out. Some of the dishes seem to be under seasoned per the recipe. We have found that the Asian style dishes are either under seasoned or over seasoned; making either style feel inedible. It would also be great if the site learned your preferences and provided options based on selections. For example, because of what I mentioned above, we go for more American style options. Could regional selections be included? It would be great to be able to increase or decrease your order size by week as well; it would be very helpful for when visitors are expected. It would be great if an app was available as well.

When I started to consider a home food delivery service I did a lot of research on a bunch of companies. It was a great education and I learned about Terra's in the process. I chose Terra's because my husband and I are normal food eaters - we like to mix it up and try new things but we weren't looking for exotic concoctions. Real food for real people. I enjoy cooking - I don't enjoy prepping, not even a little. Chopped, diced or sliced and straight to my door - I was in heaven! No additional packaging waste - and ding, ding, ding it's a winner. Terra's food is great, selection is awesome and so easy to make. And we love not having little packaging waste. I've also had to use customer service a few times - once to change our shipping frequency as we were preparing for a move. Once to change addresses and establish delivery in our new home which is way out in the country of SC. I recommend Terra's to everyone for the 4 reasons I've shared above - Great selection, tasty food, prepping is done and minimal packaging waste. My only wish ..... That they had a no fish profile option for those rare times I forget to make my selection in time and there's always a fish meal sent ... but seriously that's so trivial. Try it you won't be sorry!
