This is the ONLY food prep service I have found that comes with ingredients PRECHOPPED!! The meals are delicious and they have excellent customer service. I’m a customer for life.

I love the meals - healthy, delicious, and all take about 30 minutes to cook! I am not a chef by any means and I enjoy cooking these meals. We did experience a couple of issues with delivery. The FedEx driver kept dropping off the box at our apartment office instead of our front door. However, Terra’s Kitchen was really helpful and even gave us meal credits when the boxes were dropped off to the wrong location. The issues have since been resolved and we continue to be happy with our meals!

I love the service and flexibility to order items ala carte. I’d like to see a larger variety of ala carte items such as pre-cut veggies (brussels sprouts, fresh peas, and various squashes would be great!) and other meats such as boneless lamb and bonless pork would be excellent. Venison would be a HUGE bonus!

The food and recipes are great. I would like to be able to pre set my foodpreferences. If One week I don’t have time to shop for my meals then the meals selected by TK would match my preferences automatically.

Diane, we really appreciate your feedback and are working to make these changes happen

Some meal options show as serving for four even though I should only be seeing options for two people. Also, I had an order where the main ingredient was stocked out.

Most meals I have received have been good. The vegetables tend to go bad immediately if you don't cook them within in a day or 2.
