We were traveling to see Phish at The Sphere. From the start Bryon provided us what we wanted, with a hotel walking distance to the venue at the price we requested with excellent advice and suggestions. We had an eventful trip and I ended up hospitalized for several days starting prior to the show (yeah I missed the show). Bryon was there for us the entire time, 24/7. Rearranging flights, hotels, and car rental several times while my discharge date kept moving. He was caring and legitimately concerned for our well being. He hot us the best deals and gave us comfort during highly stressful days. I highly recommend Bryon at Terrapin Travel.

We went on the Providence trip to see Wicked. The guide and the bus driver were great. The show was awesome and the Italian buffet was great. We had a wonderful experience. When we got back to our hotel after the show, the hotel advised us that the water had been shut off until 3:00 am. It was not Terrapins fault, they knew nothing about it. It was a little inconvenient but Terrapin gave everyone a $25.00 voucher towards your next tour. That was very nice. We will go on future Terrapin tours.

Excellent, prompt and detailed plan for our vow renewal in Italy. Every little travel detail with polished itinerary in email and a mobile app containing everything across flights, cars, trains and ferries. Communication is key - Bryan is great!
