I was initially hesitant to advertise with this company, but decided to give it a try to increase exposure for my business. About six months in, I changed the location of my ad. I didn’t get a chance to visit the new location right away, but one of my clients mentioned seeing it, so I went to check for myself. I couldn’t find the ad. I contacted the company to ask when and why it had been removed. Despite several messages back and forth, I still haven’t received a clear answer or explanation, and I continued to be charged for the service. The company has offered to extend my contract by one month, but I’m not comfortable accepting that without knowing how long the ad was missing. If you advertise with this company, or are considering it, I recommend checking in person that your ad is displayed throughout your contract and keeping records of your communications and payments.

Very good to collect payment, failed to follow through with their promise, to stay in touch, show my ad on the kiosk, walked into the store that my business ad was suppose to be shown, not once have I seen my business ad on the kiosk, failed to contact me back in regards to my account and never answer. Regret ever dealing with them more than any other marketing teams I worked with in the past.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. I have reported them to BBB. My campaign was form Oct-Dec od 2023. I have emails to them in Feb of 2024 that my kiosk was not in any of my locations. But yet they still took money. Then I canceled my cc, They did this not only to me but 4 other people at my job. Then to make it up to all of us they offered a couple free months. We declined and now in 2026 are sending threading emails for payment .Wanting proof that this happen. It’s always a new employee from there. Because they cannot keep people. Then I have to explain this entire situation over. RUN they are con artists.

I run a solo hair studio in Ukiah and recently got an unsolicited cold email from Terraboost pitching a kiosk ad at a local grocery store. It's incredibly obvious they just use bots to scrape random emails without doing any actual research. Their automated template told me "there's no heating and cooling featured in your area"—which is hilarious, since I specialize in custom lived-in color and scalp detoxes, not HVAC repair. On top of that, their system literally set my contact name as "there" just so their default fallback could read "Hi there." If an advertising company is this lazy with their own outbound marketing, I definitely wouldn't trust them with my actual advertising budget. Small businesses, beware of the automated spam!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH TERRABOOST. I paid a year up front. When it was time to renew, my sales rep reached out. I told her 3 different times I didn't want to renew. 3 months later, I get a charge on my card. I contact them about the charge. They informed me that I was automatically enrolled in a month to month contract now. They wouldn't refund the charge of $240 and said I had to give a 30 day notice so there would be another $240. I had to find the email proof that I told the rep I didn't want to continue to do business with them and they refunded my money. Make sure any communication is through email for proof later. This is shady business in my opinion.

They sold me an ad for the local grocery store. The Ad didn't go up when it was promised. Then the removed the ad and replaced with another company. Collected 12 full months of money from me but did NOT proved the promised ad. I will be taking them to court!

Avoid this company for marketing. We lost a significant amount of money working with them, and they are now withdrawing funds from our account without authorization, and they will not reply to our emails.

The initial communication was less than par. I had to follow-up multiple times to get information. Then, after our kiosk was approved and should have been on display, we went to see it and found out that it wasn't on display. The customer service team lied and told us it had been for a few months and was accidently taken down. After talking with the store employees, we learned that it was never up. Months later they did put it on the kiosk as promised but then took it down earlier than agreed. Basically, they charged us for 6 months and provided maybe one or two months of visibility. We did not get any traffic at all from this test.
