Fraudulent store owner that doesn't ship your order and doesn't refund your order. You will most likely have to dispute your charges if you order from this store.

I ordered 2 pairs of Asics Court FF3 shoes. After I ordered I got an email saying they were not in stock, but they would ship a different model. I received nothing, so after 2 weeks I emailed asking for an update. They said the shoes were delayed. I checked back in again and still delayed. I check again to find out the order had been cancelled. However, the owner, Jean-Michel, was very apologetic and wrote the following: Yes. Both pairs, size 12, and they go out tomorrow. "I have two pairs of the ASICS Court FF 3 in men's 12 in my hands — I counted them myself rather than tell you what a screen says. That is what you ordered and that is what you are getting. They ship at the price you paid on August 2, for the two. Nothing more to pay. Why tomorrow and not today: September 30 is a federal holiday in Canada and no carrier runs. Tomorrow is the first day a box can actually leave here, so that is the first honest date I can give you. You will get the tracking number from me the moment the carrier scans the parcel — not when the label is printed. Those are two different days and the difference is exactly what went wrong on this order. And plainly: your order was cancelled and nobody told you. You found out by asking. That is on us, and you have been patient about it twice now — once when we changed the model on you in August, and again through the wait." I thanked him and waited for my order to arrive. 2 weeks and still nothing. So I email again. "Your refund is set for Friday 16 October. You will get the Square reference from me that same day - the transaction number itself, so you can verify it rather than take my word for it. There was never a tracking number because the shoes never shipped. You were waiting on a parcel that did not exist." I did not receive any refund reference and suspect an AI agent is replying to emails. I will be reporting Tennis Pro Sport to Office de la protection du consommateur. Don't get scammed like I did. Avoid this fraudulent company.

I ordered a racket on Sept 30th and never receive the racket. Upon contacting them, they claimed to ship but I never got the confirmation it was shipped. After waiting for 1 week I called and was told it was shipped again. However, no shipping confirmation again. I am thinking of calling the credit card company. also, thinking contacting the Canadian Anti Fraud online .

I ordered 3 things. received a confirmation email and then nothing for 2 weeks. Called the store...no answer but the machine says to text. I texted...no answer. I also think this is not a real store or they have no intention of sending the orders online based on the fact there has been no communication and I am only in Ontario, not very far away.

Unless you like wasting your time and money I dont reccomend shopping with tennis pr sport. I have been over charged by 3x, never recieved an order confirmation or shipping tracking number. Multiple phone calls yield the same result : ooo yea, the guy, my boss who looks after the balls isn't here and I have no way if checking so yea I will check with him and let you know" Pathetic. Shut this place down.

Pour tout le monde qui Pense acheter des produits en ligne chez tennisprosport a Ste foy Quebec, pensez y deux fois.. cest vraiment la pire chose que vous pouvez faire.. faites moi confiance. Ce sont des voleurs. Bref, il ne livre pas la marchandise, il vous raconte des histores toute faites et il ne respecte pas les remboursement.. cest du vrai niaisage. Si jamais JE passe par Ste foy JE vais surement passer voir le proprietaire et lui cracher au visage.. Bande d incompetent.
