I’ve used tenniswarehouse many times over the years for Federer and Head racquets, Penn tennis balls, New Balance shoes, and odds and ends supplies. One time they sent me a new racquet with a package of string instead of stringing it, but when I complained, they immediately credited me more than the cost of stringing. Otherwise, they’ve gotten everything right. Just recently, I made a mistake with the sizing of two Nike hats, and easily returned them in the same shipping boxes they came in, and upon receipt they immediately credited my card. I have never heard anything bad about tenniswarehouse from my friends. Based on my experience, I would recommend them without hesitation.

Purchased a raquet from them and wanted to return it. They leave a return label in box that racquet was shipped making it very easy to return. Customer service were great. Will do business again

I ordered 2 Yonix grips and ran into a problem with the adhesive backing. They sent me 2 new grips asap free of charge with no hassle. Will definitely order from them again.

Die negativen Erfahrungen kann ich nicht bestätigen. Habe dort ein Shirt bestellt, war auch skeptisch ob alles reibungslos verläuft, weil ich keine Auftragsbestätigung erhalten hatte, aber innerhalb von 2.5 Tagen war die Ware da. Alles super. Würde dort nochmals bedenkenlos bestellen

I recently called TW, because I had been living out of the country and I was back in the U.S. visiting. I knew I had had a store credit from six years ago, but it had been so long that the customer service agent named Nancy could not find my account at first. She eventually found it and told me that she would have to forward it to another department and get back to me. Normally, in my experience, something like this would just get lost in the busyness and I would not get a response. TW emailed me back the same day to my surprise and the next day they emailed me my store credit. Kudos to TW, very friendly and efficient.
