They don’t care about their candidates. You apply to work for them, but will not provide feedback about why to refuse to employ you regardless of your abilities and qualifications to do the job. Worse than this, is rejecting any direct feedback or comments. How arrogant! They seem to belong to the Middle Ages. And the most absurd request made by a recruiter is telling you to apply again and again after all of these repulsive attitudes. They need to look closely at your mediocre practices. We are living in the 21st Century.

Ten's service is first class.   They have helped us plan several fantastic holidays. Each time, they went above and beyond, leaving no stone unturned to ensure our experience was nothing short of fantastic. We are truly grateful that they were able to provide such a wonderful service for us.

So I was very apprehensive about the value of this service, however it has been absolutely great so far. Let me tell you about some of my experiences so far: I asked for flowers to be arranged for a special occasion, this was done excellently and couldn't fault the process at all. They picked them out and arranged delivery and it was fantastic service and value. I asked for recommendations for cruise excursions and restaurant recommendations in Norway. They produced a detailed itinerary with multiple options for each day, very detailed with links to providers and blog posts about each thing. It was a great starting point, I used this list as a basis to go away and book each thing myself. I'm sure they would have booked it all for me, but I wanted to use some discounts we had so this was best for us. But again fantastic service all round. We wanted to go to an exclusive restaurant experience in london, this was booked out months in advance with new bookings selling out in seconds. They diligently followed up with the restaurant multiple times and managed to get us a booking just a couple of weeks later. And even sorted the booking process for me and emailed me with all the details. This was above and beyond, totally fantastic. Finally, we requested restaurant recommendations up north, the suggestions were good but we did end up choosing a cheaper alternative on that occasion. But still the recommendations were very detailed and met the requirements I had set out. Honestly this service is 10/10, and I look forward to continue using it.

Agree with the other review in here. The worst concierge company to deal with. Slow and impossible to get help from, sends out dms with offers they dont have. Closest you get to a scam, better to organize yourself, or use a different concierge company.

Possibly the worst concierge company on the market - what a waste of time. Slow to correspond, outdated technology (they have essentially build a bad version of groupon through the tenmaid), everything overpriced, and I could find better answers myself. Now changed my concierge and havent looked back since.
