I received an unsolicited email - alas 'no-reply' - on behalf of HSBC extolling all manner of new wonderful lifestyle possibilities. Unfortunately step zero is 'go out and buy a smart-phone,' So to me and everyone else over seventy not-so equipped with the latest gee-whizz technology-for-the-young, it's all completely useless. Ageism at its best. Inevitably there's no way to contact this crowd either by phone or email. So clearly my lifestyle is incompatible with what's on offer. I shall try to find a way to unsubscribe, to stop anything further.

Appalling service which makes HSBC look…
Appalling service which makes HSBC look bad, I get this service free from the bank and it makes me want to move bank. Flew my family to Madrid for concert, bought tickets through these charlatans and they haven’t provided them. Unbelievably clueless people on the phone.

The Worst
The Worst
Unfortunately HSBC has farmed out their incentives for their premium products to this woeful company.
- Failed to fulfil their obligations in line with the terms
- Explicitly lied to me and misrepresented themselves
- Now completely ignoring me

Sent me marked up promotions (15% above list price)
They sent me promotions that are more expensive than I could get by directly contacting the seller.
I don't know if they profit or not from these marked-up promotions (they say they don't), but I (and I'm sure most members) definitely don't want to be paying ten group their subscription fees and then paying extra for the promotions they send to me.
In the case in point, it was a 15% mark-up on some tickets to Ascot. Why would I pay £345pp, when they're available at £300 direct from Ascot?
Overall, I am really disappointed by how they have sent me marked-up services, it makes me wonder how often they've done this. And I'm not impressed by their subsequent handling of this whole affair

My name is Veysel and I am a ski instructor at Erciyes mount, Turkey. More then 3 months ago I gave several ski lessons to the group of people that was sent to me by TEN lifestyle based in London. Matthew who works for them (as he said) promised to make a payment for the lessons. Despite of 3 months passed away I still could not get the payment from that agency. I wrote a lot of messages to them but still could not get any clear respond, probably they blocked me on whatsapp.
So this is the worth experience I have ever had with the agencies. I consider Ten lifestyle and Matthew personally to be liars and dishonest people.

They don’t care about their candidates
They don’t care about their candidates. You apply to work for them, but will not provide feedback about why to refuse to employ you regardless of your abilities and qualifications to do the job. Worse than this, is rejecting any direct feedback or comments. How arrogant! They seem to belong to the Middle Ages. And the most absurd request made by a recruiter is telling you to apply again and again after all of these repulsive attitudes. They need to look closely at your mediocre practices. We are living in the 21st Century.
